Refund Policy
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policies.
Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the product has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
If your order has not yet been shipped, we also offer order adjustment services. If you need to change your order, please feel free to send an email to fantasyrainbowjewel@gmail.com (please provide your email address).
Return or Resend
Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt. If more than 30 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or resend.
You have two options:
1. Returns: For products shipped by us, if there is an issue due to our mistake (such as sending the wrong product or damaged goods), we accept returns. A proof of purchase must be included with the return.
Some products are non-returnable. Special offer items, free gifts.

You need to pay the return shipping fee. For returns due to quality issues, the return shipping fee can be refunded. Products that do not meet the above conditions will be considered ineligible for return.
2. Resend:
If the product is defective due to our error (such as the wrong item), we are willing to resend the correct product to you.
If the item is defective due to shipping issues (such as damage), we can resend the product provided you bear part of the shipping cost.
Refund (if applicable)
After receiving and reviewing your return, we will send you a receipt notification via email. We will also inform you whether the refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, we will process your refund and automatically return the amount to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Due to shipping issues, if you find the return process too troublesome or discover the goods damaged upon receipt, we can bear part of the loss and refund a partial amount.
